Hey to start of im a 19 years old (Male). Baldness does not run in the family, my dad is 55 and still has hair on his head. My mom also has a huge amount of hair left and shes 48. To get to the point my hair is thinning and im losing hair. To give you some background information it cant be my diet, because i take a multivitamin and fish oil supplement every day, i workout 5 times a week, i eat loads of fruits and veggies and protein through out the day (I barely eat fast food or outside). I take a shower every day and shampoo and condition only twice a week. Please give me some natural tips on what to use on my hair to stop thinning or hair loss or just in general make my hair healthier.
