How to Rest My Feet for Tomorrow?

Question by AKH: How to rest my feet for tomorrow?
So I am a manager at a restaurant and we have been getting slammed the last couple days. My feet are killing me and I have to be right back to it for 11 hours tomorrow. Is there anything to do to “rehab” my feet to help them be ready for tomorrow? All suggestions are appreciated!

Epson Salt and Hot Water (Soak)

A good soak and a gentle foot massage, followed by rest. You can do the first and last by yourself, but you need to find a good “sole” to help you with the other!
