Its good that you don’t want to spend money on detox products, because they are scams. “Detox” has no meaning outside of the clinical treatment for drug addiction or poisoning. You can not “detox” any faster than by your own natural body mechanisms.

If you have been taking vicodin, percocet, or clonazepam for a long time then the best way is to taper it out of your system. Don’t stop taking it cold turkey because you will be hit with hard withdrawal symptoms. You need to start taking lower doses each time you take it until you can go without it completely. If you need to take 1 less pill for 2 weeks, then take less of a dose if you’re having a hard time. If you need to detox for a drug test fast or something, then I’m sorry you’re out of luck. I believe that water is the best detox there is. The darker yellow your urine is, then the more drugs and toxins are in your body, the lighter yellow or clear urine means you don’t have many toxins in your body
