speed is amphetamine another stimulant like cocaine but having medicinal use too and abuse potential. super speed is amphetamine plus cocaine mixture. speed ball is cocaine plus heroin mixture.

By speed do you mean meth? It’s a different kind of high and meth lasts much longer.
