One of my sister is suffering from this Multiple syroses since 1992.Now she can not move hereself.she totally paralized.

I assume you mean multiple sclerosis. There are many treatments. None are cures but they can help with symptoms and holding off or stopping the progression of it. Often function can be restored to a degree so your sister *could* regain some movement.

The major treatments are the ABC drugs:
Avonex
Betarseron
Copaxone
and they have some new ones as well. They are also giving combinations of some of these drugs in tests right now. She reallt needs to look into it and talk to a neurologist as soon as possible.
