Drug/alchohol Charges?

i was just courious what half of this shit they sent me meantfor my charge when i was arrested with pot it says case type: drug abuse is that the charge and then it says m-4 which im not sure what that is eathier i know its a mistameaner (sp?) but severity i have no idea then on my other charge for the alchohol it says case type Underage consumption m-1 and for the underage consumption i was put in a diversion program but then got kicked out when i was arrested again for pot but i have received a letter saying im subject to a pre-limanry screening to see if im eligable to a diversion program for both charges so if somone could just kind of explain to me if my charges are “drug abuse” because ive never heard of that and then if somone could explain what m-1 and m-4 mean and the everity of them thanks!
i live in ohio but if it changes anything i had about an ounce on me but the cops said since i was so coopertaive they prob werent gunna give me intent to sell ya i know if its in one bag they can get you for selling but if its over a twamp they can get you for intent
