The Department of Veterans Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System will host a Tai Chi class for veterans at the Bayview Center. Participants will learn eight modified forms of Tai Chi to help improve balance while also benefiting from stress reduction.

Hearing on plans for rehab clinic in Carbondale draws supporters, detractors
