How Can I Open a Checking or Savings Account With (3) “closures” Listed With “CheckSystems?” to Deposit Ckcks

Question by PETER K: How can I open a checking or savings account with (3) “closures” listed with “CheckSystems?” To deposit ckcks
I recently went through rehab and am putting my life back together. Bank-wise, my most recent accounts were with Bank of America, and 3 “closures” are in “Check Systems.” I need to be able to deposit checks and have access to funds while I contemplate bankruptcy. I may have other outstanding checks and/or closed accounts from the past listed with other collection agencies. Any ideas?

find a bank or credit union that doesn’t use chex systems. Start cold calling most major banks use chex systems. Try local banks or credit unions.
