A recovery center for alcoholics and addicts in Atlanta, Ga. will increase awareness of these conditions and decrease relapse. A place where recovered people can re-engage with, and get involved with there community helping the next alcoholic or addict also find recovery.

THEIR community … spell out Georgia; and name the place?? (unless you mean “A new recovery center …”
… how will it increase awareness? {decreasing relapse makes sense}
you seem to have a sentence fragment by starting with “A place where … ”
It sounds better to say “The center will be a place where …” { maybe you could say “It will be ….”
“and get involved with, …” <<< needs the comma I do believe
